For those of you who are unfamiliar with the Dr Horton Class Action Lawsuit, let me introduce you. The Class Action Lawsuit was brought by the parents of a young boy who was autistic and died from asphyxiation at the age of three. This has since become a class action lawsuit against the baby’s doctor, for negligence. The parents then filed a suit against the pediatrician’s office, Dr. George J. Hoover, and ultimately Dr. William J. Horton. A settlement was eventually reached in which Dr. Hoover will no longer be allowed to perform surgeries on children while they are under medication.

As of this writing, the Dr. Horton Class Action lawsuit is still active.
This lawyer has handled many other Class Action Lawsuits that was ruled in favor of the plaintiff.

Many people are very afraid to go to a medical doctor because they are afraid of what they may find. In other words, if you are fearful of the consequences, you probably should not be going to the doctor. That is exactly what happened to Richard Horton.
Richard suffered a heart attack, a fractured foot, and a severe infection in his foot. He never regained the ability to walk, and his deformities were only permanent. Because of this, Richard had to live with these injuries. For some time, he lived with the pain and frustration of not being able to do what any normal person would do. Thanks to the class action lawsuit filed by Horton on behalf of all of those who were wrongfully injured through no fault of their own, Richard Horton was able to gain compensation for his pain and suffering.
