For those of you who are unfamiliar with the Dr Horton Class Action Lawsuit, let me introduce you. The Class Action Lawsuit was brought by the parents of a young boy who was autistic and died from asphyxiation at the age of three. This has since become a class action lawsuit against the baby’s doctor, for negligence. The parents then filed a suit against the pediatrician’s office, Dr. George J. Hoover, and ultimately Dr. William J. Horton. A settlement was eventually reached in which Dr. Hoover will no longer be allowed to perform surgeries on children while they are under medication.
